Africa holds over 40% of the world’s natural resources and a vast young population — yet ranks lowest on the Human Capital and Poverty Index. The root cause is not resources. It is mindset, culture, and a shortage of visionary, servant leaders.
We grow leaders the way a farmer grows crops — it’s a science.
Forty years ago India, Singapore, the UAE, Vietnam and China were where Zambia is now. Visionary servant leaders changed their nations’ narrative. We believe Africa can do the same — organically raising leaders to deliver transformation, starting from Zambia.

The Leadership Farm was formed in 2002 and registered in 2008 as a non-profit. We are driven by a divine desire to transform Zambia and Africa by inspiring and raising leaders at every level of society. Every sustainable change begins with a mind shift — a 365° change of mindset that reengineers thinking, attitudes, choices and behaviour.
